CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS AND CONDITION
All the Customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD (Cash on delivery) in Pakistan, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before the payment has been made.You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgement of delivery to the courier company. If you need to return the package you would need to notify us after the payment has++ been made and send us back the package by coordinating with our Customer Service team.

Please do not force the courier person to open the package as it is against the rules and regulations of COD Pakistan.

Any product purchased from xtrack.pk online can be exchanged with in 7 days of delivery unless;

  • Original invoice is not provided by the Customer
  • Product has been opened or used.
  • For issues like allergic reactions, Gastric issues, headache etc, product will not be returned or exchanged. Please consult your Physicians before buying any supplement.
  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
  • Promotion/Discounted and Near expiry items will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Product is damage because of use or not in the original condition as when sold to Customer.
  • Product that has been tempered or missing serial numbers /Original stamp/ QR Code or Barcode.
  • Product not in original packing.
  • In case exchanged product is out of stock, customer will be provided store credit which can be used for next purchase.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
  • Customer needs to call our customer service team and lodge a request for exchange.
  • Customer needs to securely pack the item in its original packing as received by the customer. Customer will bear shipping charges in such cases.
  • If the product is returned through courier we will ship the replacement with in 2 to 5 working days depending on the courier company.
  • Cash refunds will not be entertained.
  • Opened seal product or used product is not acceptable in any condition.
  • If you don’t like the taste or you are not satisfied with the product result you can’t return or exchange opened seal products.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT
Due to shortage of your desired product or unavailability of favorite flavors we will inform you via through your contact number or email. In such an event, it will be up to you to choose an alternate flavor or product, or cancel the order.
PRICE & PAYMENT
We have all the rights to change our price range of any product at any time without notifying you. If you book your order before we change the price, you will pay for that product at previous price.
